Mystery Day PRO is a conference organized by Intelligence and it is intended for our mystery shoppers and those who have an MSPA certification.
The conference consists of many parts: informative segment, industry news, workshops, examples from the field and conversation with the participants.
The goal of the conference is improving and maintaining the level of quality according to the understanding of the scenario, reporting about the experience via surveys and chronological reports, and behavior in extreme situations.
