A well-known fast food restaurant located in the center of London was forced to close (according to unofficial information) due to negative reviews. This is a topic that interested the team of journalists from Radio Television of Serbia, and they once again had our director Miljan Premović as their interlocutor.
Mr. Premović explained the importance of reviews, but also their limitations. For example, he presented data that only about 1% of consumers decide to write a review, while a large number of them (between 80% and 90%) are ready to share their negative experience with their loved ones.
“Marketing strategies and targeted campaigns can help, but they must also have a basis,” noted Miljan Premović.
