Intelligence Market Research was founded in 2011 in Belgrade. Founder and general manager is Miljan Premovic. Although Intelligence Market Research is a member of the most prestigious professional associations, it remains domestically owned, with a system of over 4000 associates in Serbia and the region, and access to a database of more than 50000 members.

    MARCH

    The company was founded in Belgrade, the website was launched, and the first research projects were completed.

  • 2012

    FEBRUARY

    The first major annual contract was signed with a huge client in SEE.

  • 2013

    JUNE

    Became a corporate member of ESOMAR – the first from Serbia in the history of this organization with voting rights.

  • 2014

    MAY

    Developed the first local mystery shopping software based on the architecture we designed to meet the needs of our clients.

  • 2014

    OCTOBER

    We have launched our online panel, orangepanel.com, which allowed us to manage CAWI techniques more efficiently and effectively.

  • 2015

    MARCH

    Became members of MSPA – the world’s leading mystery shopping association.

  • 2016

    JANUARY

    A first year of expansion. Began developing a new version of the mystery shopping software and conducted the most complex public opinion research in Serbia.

  • 2017

    MAY

    The largest mystery shopping event in the history of MSPA Europe was held in Belgrade, where we proudly participated and helped organize.

  • 2018

    SEPTEMBER

    Organized the first Mystery Shopping Conference for clients and introduced the Perfect Service Program.

  • 2018

    NOVEMBER

    We launched the new version of the mystery shopping software, MS-SAS.com, which provided a unique system of synergy between the client, mystery shopper, and training modules.

  • 2019

    SEPTEMBER

    First in Serbia to introduce Mystery Shopping Tracking for 2019, which involves continuous monitoring and evaluation of service quality in the FMCG sector in that Year.

    March

    The state of emergency; Free research on changes in customer behavior for clients; No layoffs or salary cuts;

  • 2021

    January

    2021: We published the first online national representative survey since the implementation of the Internet in Serbia.

    March

    We celebrated 11 years since the company was founded with our clients. Thank you!

  • 2022

    October

    We signed a contract with the Faculty of Organizational Sciences regarding cooperation on professional practice.

    April

    Viral news about our company’s Mystery Shopping in all media in Serbia.

    November

    Release new research packs based on Perfect Service Program and  new version of the MS SAS software.

    January

    Start of the free professional consultations program; New design of the website; New slogan published: FROM RESEARCH TO EXCELLENCE.

    We published new web site.

    February

    We held our standalone conference “CX Innovation 2025” in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Belgrade, bringing together around 100 company representatives from across Serbia.
