Our company held the third Mystery DayPRO seminar on April 26 in Novi Sad for mystery shoppers. This is the third seminar in a row, therefore we are still the only company in Serbia that holds these types of gatherings as a member of MSPA, the most prestigious association for mystery shopping .
The participants from several cities in Northern and Central Serbia took away a lot of new practical and theoretical knowledge from the seminar, which will help them to perform the job of mystery shopper even better and more professionally.
And this time, the seminar participants liked the case study the most. Due to the positive effects and interest in additional workshops, we will include the city of Novi Sad in the annual plan of mandatory cities for additional education of our mystery customers. The next seminar will be held in Belgrade, in the fall of the current year.
