Where there are major events related to mystery shopping , there is also Intelligence. MSPA, i.e. MSPA Europe/Africa, as the umbrella organization for mystery shopping, organizes an event every year that brings together professionals and users of mystery shopping research.
This year, from May 21 to 23, the conference is being held in Split, and last year it was in Portugal.
These types of events represent an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences of colleagues and clients from all over the world (especially from Europe) and enable everyone to continue developing mystery shopping .
“It is an honor for us to participate in this conference as representatives of Serbia. The representative of one of our “key accounts” recently gave me a wonderful compliment saying: “you are not engaged in mystery shopping , you are developing mystery shopping “.
The conference will be opened by the current president, Jill Spencer, to whom we would like to thank for her work so far, and the new president of MSPA Europe/Afrcia, Stefan Vandrugenbrek, to whom we wish every success and from whom we have learned a lot so far.
There will be more than 250 delegates at the conference, but the current record still stands conference held in Belgrade in 2017 which we are extremely proud of.
