May 8, 2025 Our director, marketing and consumer experience expert, Miljan Premović spoke to the Belgrade Chronicle of Radio Television of Serbia on the topic of using artificial intelligence tools.
The usage is largely limited to “ChatGPT”, “DeepSeek” and similar tools and is used as a kind of alternative to “Google” searches. The advantage is that you can quickly access general knowledge, often more relevant than on Google. The disadvantages are that this is general knowledge and any more serious analysis or research requires prior knowledge.
The topic was also concerns about security on these platforms. I mentioned one interesting statistic, which is that according to data from 2024. Consumers are also concerned (81%) about security, and over 60% of them agree to terms of use whenever they are asked that question. I’m sure almost no one reads terms of use, but it’s important that we only trust trusted portals for such things.
Also, advice from all guests is to use all available tools in moderation, i.e. that they serve us, not we them.
