What bothers customers about communication?

The point is simple: if a company/brand does not consistently provide good service to its customers, they will find another place where they will feel more valued as consumers. In places with bad service, there is no room for loyal customers.

In order for a customer to be satisfied, among other things, it must be determined what makes him dissatisfied and what makes him uncomfortable.

Customers are not satisfied by themselves, companies and brands have to work for it and do their best. Of course, this requires time, effort and money.

Research conducted by Click Fox , states what frustrates customers the most:

  • 41% of respondents said that it bothers them when they “have to talk to multiple employees about a problem and have to repeat what it is about every time”.
  • 13% of consumers stated that it bothers them when employees are “rude and uninformed” while
  • 9% of them state that it bothers them when employees leave them “on hold” for too long.
