Shopper Analytic Software (SAS) is professional software designed for mystery shopping .
We developed the software independently based on the experience and needs of our clients and associates (mystery shoppers).
The software has four modules:
– Admin module
– Client module
– Recruit module
– Mystery shopper module
The software allows us to make the process of reporting to the client very fast. Individual estimates can be viewed 24/7, compared (with months, other objects), downloaded (pdf, doc, xls…) etc. Basic and advanced statistical analysis as well as live wave tracking are available to clients. Also, the client has the option of writing comments on each of the reports and giving ratings.
On the other hand, mystery shoppers have the opportunity to complete their task at any time, either from a computer or mobile device. They only need to have an Internet connection. They always receive feedback and a grade for their work, and can track their status.
The recruitment module has several segments and serves to prepare customers for mystery shopping.
