The largest B2B conference, which was announced by Belgrade’s Blic and supported by the most important mystery shopping association in the world ( MSPA ), was held on September 19, 2018 in PC Ušće Tower.
More than 80 representatives of the most important companies in Serbia participated in the conference.

The conference was opened by Miljan Premović, founder and director of Intelligence.

The first part of the conference was devoted to research models with a focus on mystery shopping, mystery shopper recruitment and motivation systems, and reporting models. Miljan Premović (director) and Biljana Petrović (project manager) spoke about these topics.
The second part of the conference was intended for professionals who use the mystery shopping method on an operational level – every day. The goal was to work on specific scenarios in order to best adapt them to the organization’s business.
