The Intelligence team participated in an event organized by the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA) in Budapest on April 16-17, 2015. The mystery shopper recruitment program developed by our company was rated as innovative by the participants and received the highest marks from colleagues from Europe.
The workshops served to share ideas and new knowledge from this attractive research technique as effectively as possible.
We don’t just want to follow the trends in our business and apply them, but also to create them! It is one of the guiding ideas and part of our mission and vision.
