The seminar on the topic “Innovations in the Consumer Experience 2025” – Consumer Experience, Metrics and AI Tools 2025 was held on February 20, 2025, organized by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce – Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, and was very successful.
The seminar was attended by 96 people from the economy, and consisted of three modules that were elaborated and presented to the attendees by lecturers Miljan Premović, General Director, and Biljana Petrović, Manager for Large Clients.

Module 2: Case studies of consumer behavior and how it is measured
Module 3: Using Artificial Intelligence in Research 2025
