Mystery shopping day (MS Day PRO), which our company holds several times a year, was held on the 3rd. November 2018 in the premises of our company.
“MS Day PRO No4” is a seminar intended for our mystery shoppers with the aim of getting to know the trends in this business, as well as learning through workshops, i.e. solving a case study. This unique training system keeps the quality of our work at the maximum.
At the end of the training, more than 30 participants from several Serbian cities received a certificate that is necessary for further advancement in their career as a mystery shopper , and which is recognized by the Mystery Shopping Provider Association (MSPA) – the umbrella association for mystery shopping professionals.
The seminar was evaluated with an average grade of 4.9 (grades from 1 to 5 as in school), and the participants gave their grades, comments and suggestions by filling in online questionnaire after the seminar.
