For the seventh year in a row, we are proud members of the most important mystery shopping association in the world, MSPA . This association gathers professionals from the field of mystery shopping , sets work standards and monitors the development of its members through annual conferences and various lectures.
2017. In 2008, we had the honor to participate with our client in the MSPA conference held in Belgrade and to help organize that event, which was the most attended until then.
This year, we hope to see our colleagues from Europe at the annual conference in Varna, Bulgaria, and we are glad that Serbia and we, as a company, match and keep pace with Europe and European standards when it comes to mystery shopping and general research.
