The annual conference titled “GenZ MeetUp 2026” showcased the latest research findings on the habits and attitudes of Generation Z in Serbia, with a particular focus on their relationship toward employment and the modern workplace.
The event took place on February 26, 2026, at the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce (Kneza Miloša 12). The conference provided a unique platform for companies to:
- Gain deep insights into the habits and values of Gen Z in Serbia;
- Compare local data with global research trends (USA, UK, EU, etc.);
- Engage in direct dialogue with Gen Z representatives during a panel discussion.
“Our primary motivation for organizing this event was to present a realistic picture of our younger generation’s work ethics and lifestyle. While this is a highly popular topic, there is a noticeable lack of credible, evidence-based data in the public sphere. This vacuum often leads to extreme or distorted views—ranging from seeing them as ‘hyper-intelligent aliens’ to unfairly dismissing or underestimating them. We now have scientifically and practically verified data that we want to share with all stakeholders,” stated Miljan Premović, Founder and Director. He added: “I am exceptionally pleased with the outcome. This was one of the largest events ever hosted at the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce. It is rewarding to see that over 100 attendees left satisfied, and that we received an outstanding average rating of 4.2/5, followed by excellent feedback.”Mr. Željko Stevanović, Coordinator of the Services Sector at the Chamber of Commerce, remarked: “On behalf of the Chamber of Commerce and myself, I would like to thank you and your team for an excellent presentation. As always, it was a pleasure to collaborate. The turnout and the level of engagement clearly demonstrate how timely and critical this topic is for the business community. We truly gained invaluable insights.”
