
Today (February 13, 2020), the General Director of Intelligence, Miljan Premović, was a live guest on the Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) show. The topic in the emcee was dedicated to research conducted by our company using the mystery shopping method in connection with measuring the quality of service and the experience that consumers have in consumer goods stores (Mystery Tracking).
Our general manager explained the method of measurement, as well as who the mystery shoppers are, and how to interpret the results.
Mystery shopping is a very important tool for metrics and customer experience management. “Some clients understand this, and some don’t. However, those who understand can expect a higher income,” concluded Miljan Premović in an interview.
