The VIP mystery shopper is more than just a mystery shopper. Besides buying or consuming/using services, they write report and answer questions, they are also a serious consultant. VIP Mystery shoppers are people of higher social status: directors, owners, doctors, pharmacists, professors, etc. People who visit 5-star hotels, exclusive restaurants for private or business purposes, buy premium brands of cars, appliances, shoes and clothes. The opinion and experience of such people is valuable, and that is why they are often said to be in the first place – consultants.
Training course
VIP Mystery shopper passes through a different type of training course. Applications are mostly face-to-face, online or in a classic meeting.
Where assessments are made
Exotic destinations, exclusive restaurants and luxury hotels of 4 or 5 stars, such as our client Maistra group of hotels and their competitors. Premium car showrooms and test drives of models over 150,000 euros such as Porsche. Negotiations and testing of “high-end” products such as Rolex, Patek and the like. Exclusive boutiques, too.
