Where consumers get the best and where the worst service in Serbia

We conducted research on where consumers receive the best and worst service in Serbia. We used the most objective method of measurement – mystery shopping . In August and September 2019, we checked six market sectors in over 800 assessments in the largest cities:

  • consumer goods (FMCG),
  • banks,
  • bakeries,
  • technique,
  • fashion retail and
  • cafes.


Intelligence work in progress

A total of 50 largest companies in those sectors participated in the research. We will announce the results soon.
