According to research ( thenextweb.com ), the average time we spend on the Internet is 6 hours and 42 minutes. This is the average for the whole world.
Observing Serbia, in our latest nationally representative survey, we learned that as many as 36.4% of Serbian citizens spend over 5 hours on the Internet every day, including the total time spent on mobile phones and computers. Women are somewhat more active, and 38.7% of them spend more than 5 hours a day online, and men slightly less (34%).
Nevertheless, the vast majority of our citizens use the Internet below the world average, between 2 and 4 hours (53.2%), while 10.4% of citizens spend less than an hour online.
