The Smiling report is a report that presents an analysis of the behavior of employees in several industries looking at three categories in most economies of the world: Smile, Greeting and Upsell.
The data is collected by the mystery shopping method, which is carried out on projects all over the planet and is collected by the best mystery shopping agencies within the MSPA association (among which we have the honor to be). This year’s report provides a brief summary of over 5 million Smiles, Greetings and Upsell estimates across 68 states in 2019.
The Smiling report has been published every year since 2004.
