In our nationally representative and scientifically verified research that we conducted in December 2020, as many as 25% of Belgrade residents stated that they use laptops or desktop computers most often during the day. Computers are also used daily in the north of Serbia (21.7%), while slightly less in the west (19.9%) and south (18.7%).
Looking at the whole of Serbia, this is more common in urban areas (23.6%) than in rural areas (16.5%).
Given that 74% of customers find it irritating when website content does not follow their needs (qminder.com) and the amount of desktop and laptop usage, the benefits of customizing website content and listening to customer preferences are numerous.
