Mystery Day is an event organized by Intelligence, one of the professional companies within MSPA (the most respected global mystery shopping association), with the goal to promote and progress the mystery shopping method, and the work of mystery shoppers.
Mystery Shopping represents a tool for measuring the quality of service, performance and experience of skilled and trained customers.
Intelligence Ltd. Belgrade is organizing two events of this type: “Mystery Day 2017” and “Mystery DayPRO 2017”.
“Mystery Day” is an open-type event for individuals and MR professionals. “Mystery DayPRO” is a closed-type event for MSPA members, clients and Intelligence regular and elite mystery shoppers from Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“Mystery Day 2017” will take place on 28 October in our offices in 170 Vojvode Stepe street in Belgrade, from 10am to 2pm. The price of a single ticket is 33 EUR (VAT included).
“Mystery DayPRO 2017” will take place on 28 October in the “88 Rooms” Hotel in Belgrade (Address: ) from 10am to 2pm. The price of a single ticket is 15 EUR (VAT included).
