From the 23rd to 25th May next year Belgrade will host the “Annual MSPA Europe Conference“, one of the most important global events in the world of Market Research and Mystery Shopping. The conference is organised by the world’s leading association for Mystery Shopping – MSPA (Mystery Shopper Provider Association).
The “Annual MSPA Europe Conference 2017” is an annual meeting of leading companies with professional expertise in the mystery shopping method, as well as enterprises which use this method to increase their sales, improve the quality of services and to drive revenue.
The 2016 annual meeting of this organisation was held in Malta. This is the first time the Serbian capital will host such an important event in the field of Mystery Shopping.
The Serbian company Intelligence, which has been a member of this leading Mystery Shopping association for years and has extensive experience in implementing the method in the SEE region, will power this conference and display its solutions to professionals from Serbia and abroad.
Mystery Shopping is a tool used for measuring the performance of sales, the quality of services, and the experiences of an average consumer when purchasing products or services. Mystery shoppers are trained to objectively report on their experience in shopping, following predefined inputs.
