Mystery Day<\/em> is an event that until now, in the organization of our company, was intended exclusively for our mystery customers and those who would like to become one. This year, we will hold a large conference consisting of seminars and workshops, which is intended for existing and future users of mystery shopping<\/em> . <\/p>\n

The event called “Mystery Day Client 2018”<\/strong> is the largest B2B conference in Serbia on the subject of mystery shopping<\/em> . So far, more than 40 companies, or more than 70 of their representatives, have applied. This event is supported by MSPA (the global umbrella association of mystery shopping<\/em> professionals). <\/p>\n

The conference will be held on September 19, 2018, on the 25th floor of U\u0161\u0107e Tower, starting at 10 a.m. and lasting until 3 p.m. <\/p>\n

The first part of the conference<\/strong> will be dedicated to a seminar where trends and differences between mystery shopping<\/em> research and consumer satisfaction and loyalty research with a focus on big data<\/em> analytics will be discussed. Also, mystery shopper<\/em> recruitment and career management systems will be presented. This part of the conference is intended both for decision-makers (owners, directors…) and for professionals who on a daily basis deal with this work of implementing the mystery shopping research program. <\/p>\n

In the second part of the conference<\/strong> – workshops, participants will solve case studies in teams, and get acquainted with specific challenges in creating questionnaires and scenarios for future reporting, i.e. application of the knowledge gained through mystery shopping<\/em> . This section is useful for anyone who is involved in mystery shopping<\/em> at an operational level or will be doing it in the future. <\/p>\n

The price for one applicant from the company is EUR 250.00 plus VAT. The price for two applicants from the company is EUR 200.00 plus VAT per person.
