{"id":13336,"date":"2018-09-20T10:09:02","date_gmt":"2018-09-20T08:09:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/intelligence.rs\/the-largest-b2b-conference-dedicated-to-mystery-shopping-ms-day-client-2018-was-held-in-belgrade\/"},"modified":"2018-09-20T10:09:02","modified_gmt":"2018-09-20T08:09:02","slug":"the-largest-b2b-conference-dedicated-to-mystery-shopping-ms-day-client-2018-was-held-in-belgrade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/intelligence.rs\/en\/the-largest-b2b-conference-dedicated-to-mystery-shopping-ms-day-client-2018-was-held-in-belgrade\/","title":{"rendered":"The largest B2B conference dedicated to Mystery Shopping &#8211; MS Day Client 2018 was held in Belgrade"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The largest B2B conference, which was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blic.rs\/slobodno-vreme\/vesti\/intelligence-organizuje-mystery-shopping-day-namenjen-klijentima\/1ddy44m\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announced by Belgrade&#8217;s Blic<\/a> and supported by the most important mystery shopping association in the world ( <a href=\"https:\/\/mspa-ea.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MSPA<\/a> ), was held on September 19, 2018 in PC U\u0161\u0107e Tower.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">More than 80 representatives of the most important companies in Serbia participated in the conference.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5787 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/intelligence.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/34-ucesnici-ms-day-2018-mystery-shopping-b2b-sebija.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"717\" height=\"537\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conference was opened by Miljan Premovi\u0107, founder and director of Intelligence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5795 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/intelligence.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/41-MYSTERY-DAY-CLIENT-LOGO-white-300x95-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"95\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first part of the conference was devoted to research models with a focus on mystery shopping, mystery shopper recruitment and motivation systems, and reporting models. Miljan Premovi\u0107 (director) and Biljana Petrovi\u0107 (project manager) spoke about these topics. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The second part of the conference was intended for professionals who use the mystery shopping method on an operational level &#8211; every day.
