November 2018 in the premises of our company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;MS Day PRO No4&#8221; is a seminar intended for our <em>mystery shoppers<\/em> with the aim of getting to know the trends in this business, as well as learning through workshops, i.e. solving a case study. This unique training system keeps the quality of our work at the maximum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the end of the training, more than 30 participants from several Serbian cities received a certificate that is necessary for further advancement in their career <em>as a mystery shopper<\/em> , and which is recognized by <em>the Mystery Shopping Provider Association<\/em> (MSPA) &#8211; the umbrella association for mystery shopping professionals.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar was evaluated with an average grade of 4.9 (grades from 1 to 5 as in school), and the participants gave their grades, comments and suggestions by filling in  <em>online<\/em>  questionnaire after the seminar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mystery shopping day (MS Day PRO), which our company holds several times a year, was held on the 3rd.
