He is a frequent guest lecturer at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, both in bachelor and master studies. It was this faculty that he graduated from and at which he started studying qualitative and quantitative methods.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PROFESSIONAL CONFERENCES AND EVENTS <\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He participated in the organization of the biggest international professional mystery shopping event in Serbia, organized by the global association <a href=\"https:\/\/mspa-ea.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MSPA.<\/a> He then organized the first Serbian Mystery Shopping event called <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligence.rs\/zavrcena-18-godisnja-mspa-europe-konferencija-u-beogradu\/\">MS DAY CLIENT<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">THE FIRST NATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE ONLINE RESEARCH IN SERBIA\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He was the first in Serbia to publish a scientifically verified <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligence.rs\/prvo-nacionalno-reprezentativno-istrazivanje-realizovano-online\/\">public opinion poll conducted online<\/a>, with a confidence interval of 95% and a margin of error
